Pat’s worked at Back-in-Action since retiring as a midwife. She’s continued to develop her skills first training in Hypnotherapy and now in Acupunture.

There is good evidence that Acupunture is  effective for acute low back pain, mechanical neck pain, tennis elbow, myofascial pain syndrome, migraine and tension type headaches.
