Appointment Changes And Cancellations Policy

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Advance notice allows us to offer that time to another patient who may be waiting.

48+ hours’ notice: No charge
Less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments: May be charged, depending on circumstances.

We understand that unexpected situations arise and apply this policy fairly and reasonably. If late changes or missed visits become a pattern, we may ask for a deposit to reserve future appointments.
