There are a number of buses from Lancaster to Preston Bus Station (40,41). From Preston Bus Station you can get a number of buses: the 2/2X Preston to Southport or the 2A Preston to Ormskirk and get off at Penwortham Hill Library on Liverpool Road. Back-in-Action is a short walk, up Liverpool Road to the crossroads with the old water tower on the corner. You then turn left into Cop Lane. We are a few hundred yards up on the right, opposite Penwortham Girls High School. Alternatively you can catch the 3 Preston to Kingsfold or the 115 Preston to Chorley and get off at St Mary’s Health Centre on Cop Lane. Back-in-Action is a hundred yards along Cop Lane, past St Mary’s Health Centre and Church Hall, opposite the Girl’s High School.

Travelling By Train From Lancaster To Back-in-Action Chiropractic Preston

Get a train from Lancaster Railway Station to Preston Station. Back-in-Action is a 20-25 minute steady walk. Black cabs are usually about £6. The most bus direct services are the 115 or the 3. Alternatively you can catch the 2/2X Preston – Southport or the 2A Preston – Ormskirk, from Fishergate and gett off at Penwortham Library on Liverpool Road.

From the Penwortham Library bus stop (travelling into Preston, it’s on the opposite of the road from the library), head back into Penwortham, towards the traffic lights near the converted water tower.
