Before your first massage we need to discuss your current condition and medical history to confirm that it is safe for you to have a massage and that we are using the most appropriate techniques to help you. To help with this it is useful if you can fill out our massage consultation form prior to your consultation.

If you have a serious medical condition, particularly those with a medical history of cancer, you must get permission from your GP before starting a course of massage treatment. If you have any questions please ring the clinic.
