Hi, I’m Bhavini, one of the chiropractors at Back-in-Action.

My chiropractic journey began when I was just 10 years old, watching my mother suffer with low back pain. Seeing the difference chiropractic made in her recovery inspired me to pursue a career where I could help other families feel and function at their best. I graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic at the University of South Wales in 2019, after four years of full-time training. For the last 6 years, I worked in Chiropractic clinics in London before recently moving to Preston.

My passion lies in delivering patient-centred care, which for me means combining hands-on treatment with education. I believe that when people really understand their bodies, they can take more control of their health and feel empowered in their recovery. My aim is always to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and get back to living life at their best.

With a particular interest in pregnancy care, I enjoy supporting women through the physical changes of pregnancy. I also find it rewarding to work with children, and watching them grow and develop with a healthy nervous sytem and spine. I am furthering my passion in paediatric chiropractic through ongoing training so that I can continue to offer the best possible care for the whole family.

Alongside my chiropractic training, I have completed additional courses such as Dry Needling and continue to grow my skill set to support patients more effectively. I am registered with the General Chiropractic Council (No. 04868) and I am a Licentiate Member of the Royal College of Chiropractors, having completed their Post-Registration Training Programme.

Outside of clinic, you’ll often find me at the gym, out on walks with my dachshund Theo, or spending time with family and friends.
