Back-in-Action Chiropractic Limited – Refund Policy
We appreciate that the vast majority of the patients at Back-in-Action attend their appointments or give us plenty of notice if they cannot make one. Most people are aware that missed appointments and late cancellations not only effects their own progress, but also causes inconvenience and adds increased costs to other patients, the clinic and the practitioners. Many missed appointments would have been willingly taken by other patients desperate to see a chiropractor or other practitioner.
If cancellations are necessary please give the clinic 48 hours’ notice, so that we have the opportunity to offer the appointment to another patient. Our refund policy is to offer you a full refund if you give us 48+ hours notice, 50% refund with 24-48 hours notice and a 20% refund with 5-24 hours notice. Our policy is to offer no refund if you give us less than 5 hours notice or don’t show for your appointment and don’t let us know prior to the appointment. This policy reflects our chances of filling that cancelled appointment. We hope you understand our decision to take this stance and thank you for your valued ongoing custom and continuing support.
