Are You Ready To Spring Back Into Action?
Over winter we all tend to do a bit less, aren't quite as active, sit on the couch more. Of course joints and muscles then stiffen up. And muscles you haven't used as much quickly get weaker.
That can then be a bit of a problem when you want to start doing more than you are ready for.
However fit you are and however active you've kept yourself over winter, come Spring and Summer you'll be wanting to do more.
