I am sorry to have to let you know that I am leaving Back-in-Action this Christmas. I am planning on going travelling after which I intend to return to my home town in Italy to set up a clinic. I would like to wish you a very fond farewell and many thanks for trusting me with your care.
If you would like to see me for an appointment before I go on the 19th December you are very welcome. I am planning to work some extra hours to help fit you in. Please call Reception on 01772 749389 to book if that suits you.
It has been excellent working at Back-in-Action and I am very grateful for the support they have given. I know they are doing their best to find somebody good to replace me. In the meantime do feel welcome to continue your chiropractic care with my colleagues Louis and Kamar.
To help ease the transition of your care to them, when you book an appointment, please can you schedule your first appointment for a longer (30-40 minute) “Reassessment Visit”, so they have a chance to get to know you and find out for themselves what help you most need.
You will only be charged at the normal treatment rate for this extended appointment.
