For many cyclists, stretching is not at the top of their to-do list. However we know that stretching can help reduce the risk of injury and aid recovery.

Have you tried using a foam roller after exercise? Foam rolling is a form of self-myofascial release, which means self-massage, used to release muscle tightness or trigger points. Trigger points are ‘knots’ in muscles that cause and refer pain when pressure is applied to them.
