We would like to welcome our new member of the team- Edwina.

Throughout her working life she has worked with the general public, lately as a dental receptionist.

"Being an active person who enjoys sport, squash particularly, I have benefited greatly from the chiropractic treatment I have received over several years at Back-in-Action. I am delighted to now be a member of the Back-in-Action team, a job I am enjoying."

Sleeping habits causing you pain?

Incorrect alignment and poor support of your spine and limbs will put pressure on different areas of the body, which is why you may sometimes wake up with pain or discomfort.

Your spine also plays a huge role in sending nerve signals around the body; delicate nerve tissues help control your critical organs, so any damage to these tissues can lead to problems affecting impairment in balance, vision, temperature regulation, digestion and hormonal regulation problems.

How to avoid back pain whilst on the road

Did you know… Drivers commonly suffer from pain and stiffness in their lower back and neck due to irritation of the spinal joints. Long periods of time on the road puts extra strain on the vertebrae and discs and we lose the lumbar curves in our backs.
