Meet Yvonne- the latest member of our team at Back-in-Action! 

"Hi, I'm Yvonne and I've been a Holistic Therapist for over ten years now. I studied at Runshaw College and Preston college to gain my qualifications in Massage, Indian Head Massage and Reflexology, I have also studied Reiki Healing. I have lots of experience carrying out my therapies on patients in their own homes and now I am here at Back-in-Action enjoying giving patients the therapies I'm trained in. I feel I work hard to help people achieve the results they would like from my therapies."

New soft tissue technique now available at Back-in-Action

IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation) is now available with Becky! This technique uses instruments to mechanically stimulate soft tissue structures to relieve musculoskeletal pain and discomfort and improve overall mobility and function.
