What Onion Layers Might You Have?

These problems and adaptions your body has to make for them build up like layers of an onion. Symptoms only surface when you can’t compensate anymore. The underlying issues you have, often only become obvious once other problems have improved. The more layers you have, the more work is going to be needed to help you recover and stay recovered.
