Hi, I am a qualified nurse and midwife, acupuncture and a hypnotherapist.

Before taking early retirement I worked with the intensive and special care babies.

I started at Back-in-Action as a Chiropractic patient 2 years before I retired and realise the benefits of Chiropractic care.

I initially joined the team on reception and have since retrained in hypnotherapy and Tradition Chinese Acupuncture.
